Cult of Ecstasy

The Roarin' 20's, the term almost screams Cult of Ecstasy. With the large number of young people in the city it may be assumed that the Cult is dominant in the area; instead, there are none. That isn't to say that none have ever spent any time here. No, in fact the primary reason for the lack of cultists lies in the two dominant traditions in the area; the Order of Hermes, and the Celestial Chorus. These two conservative traditions have done their level best to make sure that the Cult do not feel welcome in the area. A change is coming however, the rum running industry in the area is poised to explode. Supply and demand, this is the law of economics, and by god there is absolutely a growing demand for liquor. As Columbia's population increases there is becoming a need for entertainment that the Cult is uniquely suited to fill. New characters may be coming into the area to fill these needs; alternatively, newly awakened Mages may find a spiritual calling towards excess and vice. The true worry is this, without a master showing them the way these young hedonists will not survive long.
