The Outlanders were there when the first stone was laid in Columbia. They fed on the indigenous peoples long before the states were united. Times change however; nowadays the area is too civilized for the Gangrel. There was an elder here for some time, but it seems as if he has decided to wander for other lands. There is some interest from the Clan in the rum runners of the ozarks. This strong emphasis on breaking ground as fast as possible appeals to the wanderers. New Gangrel may be unfortunates, abandoned in the area. Or possibly more rural gangrel coming to the city for their own inscrutable reasons.
