The Clan of the Moon has a rich history in Mid Missouri. They've been quite successful in reinforcing Columbia as a center of medical learning, and with the introduction of the State Mental Hospital in Fulton they have further cemented their hold over the area's medical community. The Collector, a Malkavian Elder has been in the city almost as long as Loreli d'Etant and is the only other elder currently residing in the city and serving on Albin's “Elder Council.” Over the last 5 years a number of new Malkavian have moved into the city and it seems as if the Malkavians are in a very positive place right now. New characters may feel the strong pull that the Malkavian Madness Network has in this area. Others may be coming to the city for other as of yet unknown, and possibly terrifying, reasons.
