The Nosferatu of the area have never been populous, per se. There has only really been one active at any given time in the last 70 or so years. The only concern many of the other members of the city have is how well informed this lone Nosferatu seem to be. The sobriquet of Sewer Dweller is particularly relevant to the area considering the extensive tunnel systems under all three of the larger Mid Missouri cities. New characters to the city may be seeking to implant themselves into the growing infrastructure of the capital area, or may be answering a summons by the clan that only they know about.
